Thank you for shopping with Abe Perfume. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and tracked.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Duration

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 working days

  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier service disruptions.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and total order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value (as announced on our website).

  • We do not cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status through the courier’s website.


5. Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
Provide your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.


6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
Abe Perfume will not be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
