1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions

  • Products with damaged packaging caused by customer handling


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
